WHO WE ARE
Larry Burch is the President and CEO of SafetyNet Motor Carrier Services LLC of Brownsville, Texas. Mr. Burch brings with him over 40 years of truck-transportation experience. During his career Mr. Burch has been involved in all facets and sides of the truck-transportation business, from driver to executive to owner to consultant.
Mr. Burch founded SafetyNet Motor Carrier Services in 1998 after serving as a Special Agent with the United States Department of Transportation, Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. During his tenure with FMCSA, Mr. Burch recognized the need for skilled and knowledgeable consultants to help motor carriers comply with all facets of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations. To this end, SafetyNet was founded with the following mission:
“To help all motor carriers operate safely by making compliance with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations as easy as possible.”
